Can I place an order?
Not yet. This site introduces our planned collection. Product specifications and USD prices are illustrative; we do not accept orders, reservations or payments.
Are these products intended to bring luck or wealth?
No outcome is promised. The collection is about folk culture, ritual symbolism, remembrance and personal reflection. We make no claims of healing, financial gain, protection or contact with spirits.
Are hell bank notes real money?
No. They are symbolic paper items with no monetary value. They must never be used or represented as legal tender.
Do I need to belong to a particular religion?
You can learn about these traditions with respect. Participation in a specific ritual is best guided by the family, community or religious venue involved; this site cannot grant ritual permission or speak for them.
Must I burn joss paper?
No purchase will require burning. You can consider display, cultural study or a personal non-burning act of remembrance. Do not burn indoors; local laws, venue rules, fire restrictions and safety guidance always apply.
Is Red Pine Paper affiliated with a Wong Tai Sin temple?
No. Our Jinhua story describes a regional cultural connection. We have no temple, religious institution or government endorsement, and do not claim that our products have been blessed or consecrated.
Where will orders ship from?
Our planned dispatch location is Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. Manufacturing location will be confirmed for each item. We are preparing for eligible US, Canadian and EU destinations, subject to carrier and import checks.
How much will shipping, duties and taxes cost?
Rates are not yet available. Shipping, import duties, VAT or sales taxes and carrier clearance fees depend on the destination and order. Before sales open, we will specify which costs are collected at checkout and which may be collected on delivery.
Do you offer incense, candles, food or medicinal products?
They are not part of this preview collection. The planned range focuses on paper goods; no incense, fuels, herbal treatments or edible offerings are included.
Can I give these objects as gifts?
Ask the recipient first. Some paper offerings have funerary associations and may be misunderstood or unwelcome as casual gifts. Wishing papers are a separate, contemporary stationery concept.
What if my future order arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging if possible and contact us using the verified support channel that will be published before launch. We will assess a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, without limiting applicable consumer rights.
Why are the images and prices marked illustrative?
We are still preparing the collection. The homepage image is an AI-created editorial still life, not a photograph of stock. Final product photos, materials, pack sizes, availability and prices will be verified before sale.
