No shipping service, rate or delivery deadline is currently offered. We do not accept orders. This page explains what customers will need to know when the collection launches.
Where we plan to deliver
We are preparing for eligible addresses in the United States, Canada and EU member states. Availability must be confirmed for each destination and product. A region appearing here does not guarantee delivery to every address; remote areas, islands, territories, PO boxes and military addresses may require separate arrangements.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are intended to dispatch from Jinhua after payment and order details have been verified. Before launch, we will publish actual handling times, available carriers and tracked delivery options. No carrier partnership is currently claimed.
Any future transit estimates will be estimates, not arrival guarantees. Customs inspections, holidays and local delivery conditions may cause delays. If an order goes missing or does not arrive as agreed, contact us for assistance; applicable delivery and cancellation rights remain in place.

Before accepting an order, we will state the available shipping price and whether duties and taxes are included, collected at checkout, or payable to the carrier or authorities. We do not currently offer prepaid-duty delivery or claim IOSS registration.
Accurate customs declarations
Items will be described accurately as paper cultural or ceremonial goods, according to their actual materials and intended use. We will declare the transaction value and will not mislabel commercial orders as gifts. Customs classification and admissibility depend on the actual item and destination; we cannot guarantee clearance.
Customers may be asked for information needed by a carrier or customs authority. Do not send identity documents through an unverified channel. Any collection process will be explained before use.
Restrictions and refused deliveries
Product and packaging requirements, currency-reproduction restrictions, and local fire or environmental rules may differ by destination. We will verify the applicable requirements before opening a shipping route. Do not order where an item is prohibited.
If a future parcel is held, refused or returned, contact us promptly so we can establish the reason and available remedies. Any lawful return or reshipping costs will be explained; no automatic forfeiture overrides mandatory consumer rights.
